Reserve and Pick Up
As part of our commitment to ensuring the community’s health and safety, we have temporarily closed our usual in-shop experience. Instead, we’re offering store-front pickup services for online orders through our Reserve and Pick Up option.
After you reserve your item online, come down to the shop and we’ll make sure you get what you need safely. Our staff will all be wearing facemasks and following health guidelines. We ask that our customers do the same to keep themselves and our staff protected.
If you’re not feeling well, or are recommended to be in quarantine, please stay safe and avoid coming to the store.
Here's how it works:
1. Reserve the product you want online and pick-up from our store
Find the product you want to reserve online. Choose 'self pickup' as your delivery method, and enter the contact information of the person picking it up and complete your payment.
2. We’ll email you
During regular store hours, we’ll email you to confirm when your order is ready, at which point you can come to the store to collect at the following times only:
Mon, Wed or Friday: 10:00am - 3:00pm
3. Pick-up at the store-front
After you’ve received your confirmation, head to the shop with your ID, and email confirmation. Upon arrival please call 01159 326 333 and someone will be on-hand to help you pick-up your purchase right there at the store-front. At the store, you may be asked to line-up following proper physical distancing best practices.
Please be aware that at this time we cannot accept cash or payment at the store. You must complete payment on line. This is to support the safety and well-being of our customers and our team members. Thank you for your understanding.
4. No Returns
Important note: Absolutely no returns can be processed at this time so please take special care when placing your order.
We will continue to monitor and review the situation in order to be able to process returns safely.
